Tech Mahindra Selection Process:-
Overview
- • Round-1 ( Aptitude)
- • Round-2(Pega)
- • Round-3(Psychometric)
- • Round-4(Technical)
- • Round-5(HR)
- Must be a PEGA UAP Student, with Pega certification like PCSA and PCSSA.
- Should have scored a minimum of 70% or 7 CGPA in academics (SSC, Inter/Diploma, Graduation)
- Students from Computer Engineering, IT, Comp Science, Electronics, E&C, E&TC, Communication, Cyber Security, Electrical and Electronics.
- The candidate should have passed the qualifying course in their academics without backlogs and should have a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated mark sheet issued at the time of employment offer.
- The students should not have more than 1 year gap after SSC and before joining the graduate/post-graduate.
Academic Eligibility:-

- English Essay-15 minutes
- Writing (Verbal)-15 minutes
